Nuestro iPhone es nuestra oficina m\u00f3vil y una gran ayuda en muchas de las tareas<\/strong> que realizamos cada d\u00eda habitualmente.<\/p>\n

En este post vamos a aprender c\u00f3mo configurar el modo sue\u00f1o y despertador del iPhone, ahora que nos han cambiado el horario ser\u00e1 bueno un “empujoncito”.<\/p>\n

Entre los modos de ayuda se encuentra una funci\u00f3n de iOS con la que despertarnos exactamente a la hora que deseamos y adem\u00e1s controlar nuestras horas de sue\u00f1o para que el descanso que realizamos favorezca nuestra salud.<\/p>\n

Podremos elegir las horas de sue\u00f1o que queremos dormir y el iPhone se encargar\u00e1 de mandarnos a la cama y de despertarnos en el momento justo.<\/p>\n

Lo primero que debes hacer es acceder a la App Reloj y a la secci\u00f3n Sue\u00f1o<\/strong>. Una vez all\u00ed tan solo hay que pulsar en \u201cEmpezar\u201d<\/strong> si nunca antes la has configurado y comenzaremos con el proceso.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo configurar el modo sue\u00f1o y despertador del iPhone<\/h3>\n

  • Lo primero que nos pegunta es a qu\u00e9 hora nos queremos despertar<\/strong>, fijamos la hora que deseemos y pulsamos en Siguiente.<\/li>\n
  • Ahora podremos seleccionar qu\u00e9 d\u00edas queremos que suene la alarma<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Lo siguiente ser\u00e1 seleccionar las horas que queremos dormir<\/strong>, Apple te recomendar\u00e1 que sea entre 7 y 8 horas pero tu puedes elegir la que mejor consideres para tu descanso personal.<\/li>\n
  • Despu\u00e9s de los d\u00edas y las horas podemos elegir cu\u00e1ndo queremos que suene la alarma la primera vez<\/strong>, a la hora exacta, 15 minutos antes o incluso con mayor antelaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  • Por \u00faltimo, solo nos queda elegir la canci\u00f3n que queremos que suene<\/strong>. El dispositivo te proporciona varios tonos exclusivos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Al final Apple nos recuerda que lo mejor para nuestra salud es acostarnos y levantarnos a la misma hora y que intentemos tener alineadas las barras del gr\u00e1fico de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

    Tras finalizar la configuraci\u00f3n veremos una enorme rueda con las horas de sue\u00f1o que hemos seleccionado.\u00a0Tenemos la posibilidad de moverla pero si nos acostamos m\u00e1s tarde nos despertar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s tarde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Cuando llegue la hora de ir a dormir, tu iPhone te avisar\u00e1 para que te vayas a la cama<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    El an\u00e1lisis del sue\u00f1o aparecer\u00e1 en la App Salud<\/strong>, por lo que podremos llevar un peque\u00f1o control de las horas que hemos dormido.<\/p>\n

    Adem\u00e1s, si tenemos otros accesorios compatibles con Homekit<\/strong> los datos se sincronizar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n
