Apple ha introducido en iOS una funci\u00f3n de transparencia llamada <strong>Historial de piezas y servicio<\/strong>, que permite saber si tu dispositivo fue intervenido, qu\u00e9 partes se reemplazaron y si se utilizaron componentes originales o no.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\udcf2 \u00bfD\u00f3nde ver esta informaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Ab <strong>iOS 15.2<\/strong> en adelante, puedes consultar el historial en tu iPhone accediendo a:<br \/>\n    <br \/><strong>Ajustes > General > Informaci\u00f3n > Historial de piezas y servicio<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    All\u00ed ver\u00e1s una lista de los componentes reemplazados (si los hay), junto a una etiqueta que indica su origen:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Original:<\/strong> Pieza nueva y original de Apple.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usada:<\/strong> Pieza original de Apple, pero previamente instalada en otro iPhone (solo en iPhone 15 o superior con iOS 18). Estas piezas no generan mensajes en pantalla.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desconocida:<\/strong> Pieza que no es original, no se ha calibrado correctamente o presenta fallos. Este tipo es el \u00fanico que genera mensajes visibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u26a0\ufe0f \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo aparecen estos mensajes?<\/h3>\n<p>Apple muestra notificaciones para informar al usuario sobre estas piezas no verificadas, con el objetivo de brindar transparencia en la experiencia de uso. Estas alertas aparecen de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd14 <strong>La primera vez<\/strong> que enciendes o desbloqueas el iPhone despu\u00e9s de una reparaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udd01 <strong>Se repite una sola vez<\/strong>, cinco d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, si no descartaste la notificaci\u00f3n inicial.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcf1 <strong>Luego desaparece<\/strong>, pero <strong>queda registrado permanentemente<\/strong> en Ajustes > General > Informaci\u00f3n > Historial de piezas y servicio.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udd12 Los mensajes solo aparecen en la pantalla de bloqueo si la pieza es desconocida o con error. Las piezas usadas (aunque sean originales) <strong>no generan alertas visibles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Estos mensajes <strong>no afectan el funcionamiento<\/strong> del iPhone. Sin embargo, si la pieza no fue calibrada correctamente (como una c\u00e1mara o sensor Face ID), ciertas funciones podr\u00edan estar deshabilitadas hasta completar el proceso de calibraci\u00f3n con el Asistente de reparaci\u00f3n.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\udd27 \u00bfQu\u00e9 piezas pueden generar estos mensajes?<\/h3>\n<p>Las piezas monitoreadas var\u00edan seg\u00fan el modelo de iPhone. A continuaci\u00f3n te mostramos cu\u00e1les pueden aparecer en el historial:<\/p>\n<h4>Piezas afectadas:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bater\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Pantalla (display)<\/li>\n<li>Ensamble de la tarjeta l\u00f3gica<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e1mara TrueDepth (Face ID)<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e1mara trasera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Compatibilidad seg\u00fan modelo:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>iPhone 12 y posteriores:<\/strong> Todas las piezas mencionadas<\/li>\n<li><strong>iPhone 11:<\/strong> Bater\u00eda y pantalla<\/li>\n<li><strong>iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, SE (2\u00aa y 3\u00aa gen):<\/strong> Solo bater\u00eda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u2753 \u00bfQu\u00e9 significan los diferentes mensajes?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Original:<\/strong> Instalaci\u00f3n profesional con calibraci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usada:<\/strong> Pieza aut\u00e9ntica de Apple, reutilizada de otro dispositivo (solo visible en iPhones 15+ con iOS 18). No genera mensaje de advertencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desconocida:<\/strong> La pieza puede ser no original, estar defectuosa, haber sido modificada o no estar asociada a ese iPhone. Este tipo de pieza <strong>s\u00ed genera mensajes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Estos mensajes no significan que el tel\u00e9fono est\u00e9 roto o defectuoso, sino que Apple no puede verificar la procedencia o autenticidad de la pieza.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>\ud83e\uddf0 \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si no se finaliza una reparaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Si una pieza como la c\u00e1mara, la bater\u00eda o Face ID no se calibra correctamente tras la instalaci\u00f3n, podr\u00edan no funcionar ciertas funciones de seguridad o autenticaci\u00f3n (como desbloqueo facial). El sistema mostrar\u00e1 una advertencia en el historial hasta que se complete la calibraci\u00f3n con las herramientas oficiales de Apple.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udd27 \u00bfQui\u00e9n debe hacer las reparaciones?<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Apple recomienda que las reparaciones se realicen mediante:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apple Store oficiales<\/li>\n<li>Servicios t\u00e9cnicos autorizados<\/li>\n<li>Reparadores independientes que usan piezas originales y herramientas de calibraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Realizar reparaciones por cuenta propia o acudir a t\u00e9cnicos no certificados puede generar problemas de rendimiento, seguridad o compatibilidad.
